Position Summary:


The FOH Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily restaurant operations. This role provides leadership to front-of-house teams, fosters a culture of hospitality and accountability, and partners closely with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate leads by example, builds strong relationships with both guests and employees, and maintains high standards of service execution.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the management team to ensure seamless daily operations and an outstanding guest experience
  • Monitor guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions, identifying opportunities to improve service and strengthen guest loyalty
  • Support initiatives that drive guest traffic, repeat business, and revenue growth
  • Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, and community partners to increase awareness and attract new guests
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they receive attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Assist with reservations, waitlist management, and guest flow during peak service periods
  • Handle phone inquiries, reservation requests, and guest communications professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate special events, celebrations, and unique guest requests
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverage offerings, and daily features
  • Ensure team members maintain professional appearance and adhere to company standards
  • Regularly engage with guests throughout the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns proactively
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate
  • Anticipate guest needs and identify opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience
  • Respond appropriately to safety, security, or emergency situations
  • Monitor dining room cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
  • Ensure menus and guest-facing materials remain accurate and in excellent condition
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Base Salary: $65,000-$72,000 DOE

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of leadership, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

  • Ability to remain professional and composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
